About me

A decade in software, still enjoying the craft.

I started as a developer, moved into engineering leadership, and now run a team of ten at Insights. The path here wasn't linear — it went through a Scottish Government telephony rollout and a 16-week bootcamp — and I think that's made me a better manager.
